After moving here from Chicago I went to several salons and stylists who were not for me. Then I stumbled upon Charlotte's profile, saw the education she has in her field and crossed my fingers. After I had my son, my red hair turned dark and looked dull. It's not easy to get red "right" but she manages to do it every time AND has the patience to get through allll of my thick, wavy, long hair! She always listens to what I'm looking for but also gives expert advice on what will and won't work with my particular hair. Charlotte is amazing, kind, on schedule, flexible and so talented! She is stuck with me (and the rest of my family) for life! ~Joanne

Charlotte has been my hairapist since 2008. I would not dream of finding anyone else for my hairapy! We’ve been through a few different styles and she has come to know me well enough to help me adjust my hair with different seasons of life. Charlotte has always been so thoughtful and compassionate with me. At 42 I had an open heart surgery. Before surgery she made adjustments to my cut knowing it would be longer than usual before I saw her again. When I was strong enough afterwards to have Charlotte cut my hair, I felt so loved and cared for. I knew her care for me was far beyond my hair. She made me look like a rock star when I attended a KC red carpet event, made me look like I had it all together for my children’s weddings, and has helped me really love my hair. When silver highlights began to appear, Charlotte made sure I had the best products for my hair’s new season. I absolutely love the products she has recommended. I regularly receive compliments on my haircut and color. And my husband knows that after hairapy he has to touch my hair because it just feels so good. I love hairapy with Charlotte!

Charlotte is the only one that has touched my hair for many many years. I consider my appointments with her an appointment with a friend. Through several life stages Charlotte has given me several haircuts and she helps me in every facet. Charlotte works with my hair type, color, face shape and styles my hair so it’s the best cut for me. Her cuts make styling everyday so much easier. Charlotte is my therapy, my personal stylist and my friend. She has helped my daughter get ready for many dances and her senior pictures. Therapy is optional. Hairapy with Charlotte is not!
